Real Estate Sales Pre-Licensing - Indiana

Enrolling in this course is the first step to obtaining an Indiana real estate salespersons license. This course is required by the State of Indiana, prior to taking the Indiana state real estate salespersons licensing exam.

Class Description

Courses are 9 weeks held two evenings per week for a total of 54 class hours. It covers basic real estate concepts, valuation, contracts and financing, rules, laws and ethics, property management, ownership, transfer of title, land use controls and math computations and more.
